Daniel, if you're keeping multiple versions around, I strongly recommend using
CVS (or some other SCM). But that's somewhat beside the point.

Well, yes, if you don't mind reading the diffs "backwards" (removed means added
and vice versa). But I'm actually thinking of something that produces, say, a
text file in a standard ChangeLog format.
