True.  The point of the explicit adds is to make sure that the categories
end up in the right order - I always find it annoying when they get
shuffled by the fileIn process.

If you like, you can of course comment out the call to
#storeSystemOrganizationForCategories: in PackageDumper>>storePackage:.
