[BUG] SqueakMap

Here's a minor bug: a couple of debuggers come up if you move the SqueakMap download directory. It'd be nice if a "This directory no longer exists." dialog came up and prompted you to choose another.

And, since SqueakMap creates a default directory called 'sm' under the current working directory, it would be nice if SqueakMap kept a relative path to the directory, instead of an absolute path. That way you could move the parent directory (which is what I did) and not have to worry about breaking SqueakMap.
