One of the problems with Squeak on a newt is that newtos has a _very_
definite idea of how things are to be done. Gets right in the way of
something that also has very strong ideas on how to run the world.

Another problem is that anything less than a 2100 has pitiful memory and
not very much grunt.

IF (big, big, IF) there is a way to get right down to the hardware and
actually use it sensibly there might be some value in the idea - after
all a newt 2100 is essentially a grownup Active Book machine and we
_know_ that they kicked ass with Smalltalk. I'd want a bit more thne
$250 to do the work though.... even back in 89 I got (mumble, flick
through old invoice files, translate to bucks, ignore inflation...) er,
about $40k for doing my part of it.

Great leaders inspire by example. When that's not an option, brute intimidation works pretty well.
