Hi:

I don't think I ever released the 'high' quality version...the 'low'
quality one is about 30megs as it is...the high quality is about 100megs.

Sadly, the sound isn't much better in the high-quality one...it was created
from a very old videotape, recorded on an even older (completely mono)
VCR.
