[ANN] Squeak 3.5 released

Why not? 

In this case, we wanted to get a feel for the complete process (as
opposed to 3.4 in which most of the process was done by SqC). This
before we start a longer release cycle, which will anyway include plenty
of other stuff we've never done before.

Also, the bug preventing projects from being saved seemed too important
to let wait until the 3.6, though not by much (since most project users
can either get a squeakland image or fix it themselves).
