Quite recently, I bought a copy of the Blue Book online, from one of
the Amazon.com online shops. When it arrived, I found a rubber
stamp on the flyleaf that reads "Servio Logic Information Center".
It is also notated: "Rec'd 9-7-83/$38.95/a-w". Some things come full
circle.
