The file ought not be in the SF tree. Looks like confusion between what
was on SF and the early attempt to upload the stuff from Ian's 3.5 heap.
I guess there's potential for more confusion that somebody will need to
sort out.

Not wise, especially when the SM page clearly explains that the current
VMMaker is only for the latest 5373 level image.
