This is for Squeak 3.6  beta latest update: #5387

There are some minor imperfections in MVC that I would like to see fixed.
Attached you find fixes for these problems:

* FileSelectionDialog.cs (repost from 13.12.2002)

* CenteredTextFix.cs (repost from 31.05.2003)

* EditorEscFix.cs (repost from 01.06.2003)


* MenuFix.cs
This change set fixes a minor imperfection in MVC popup menues: The
selection marker inverts the lower bound of the menue. This happens because
the menue is not high enough.
