[BUG] SUnit update 5311 lacks timestamps

The SUnit changesets are generated using Rosetta (see
http://rosettast.sourceforge.net/). Seems to be that
Rosetta does not generate timestamps for the .cs files.

The Rosetta-DTD supports timeStamps. So the most likely
thing is that the xml-->.cs translator looses them...
this should be fixed.

Rosetta is really interesting btw... and It's now an
official CampSmalltalk project.
