The goal of breaking things out should generally be to make the
functionality a cleanly loadable package. So this could removed if you
also make removable the clients of tellAFriend:url:name:, which I found
a bit more than I wanted to do when doing the Celeste Removal. But
starting to work on the next few removals sounds like a good idea... :-)
