Ok, I've pushed out a new release to SM that fixes this (and generally
cleans up the Repository hierarchy some).

As an expirement, it's released in .mcz format.  This means that people
with Monticello (and MCInstaller) currently loaded *should* be able to
cleanly update (though without slightly more atomic loading, upgrading
itself may in fact break).  Those starting from a clean image will have to
load MCInstaller first, then Monticello.

Please let me know if you have any problems with this.
