[BUG] Win32Shell>>shellOpen: crashes Squeak

If I do for an existing file 'test.html'

        Win32Shell new shellOpen: 'file://C:/test.html'

Squeak opens an Internet Explorer window and crashes completely.

Happens in Squeak3.6a-5325.

Funny thing is, when the file doesn't exist, the Internet Explorer
complains, but Squeak doesn't crash.
