Add the Spanish letters in Character>>isLetter check and initialize Scanner
and String to consider the new condition.

With this change is possible to have method with names like "guión1" (the
Spanish translation to "script1") needed from eToys in Spanish.

This changeset depends on ScannerTypeTableCleanup-dgd sent some minutes ago.

This changeset can be used as a template to include other non-english
letters (letters with umlauts in German, etc).
