[BUG] MacOSX VM don't work with Wacom tablet

This isn't a bug, joysticks aren't supported in the os-x version  
because at the time we converted to carbon
such devices were not support or properly documented.

If you are willing to act as a test bed for such support I could look  
at this for 3.6.x if I can find the required
information to make it work.
