Just a comment here - TFNR is about defining the "packages" of the
current base image (staking them out is what I have called it implying
that the immediate goal is not to break them out, because many will no
be easily broken out for quite some time) and finding maintainers +
co-maintainers for them. Breaking them out is the second goal though -
everything will be turned into a package, until we are down the a
"squat" image around 100kb that Craig has been able to produce.

Sounds great. The current "stake out" looks like this:

As you can see we have staked out "MVC" yet - there are no "in-image
PIs" for it.

It might help us if you could start by posting a list of class
categories/classes that you think "is MVC".
