Hi!

I just hacked together a win32 installer for 3.6 using NSIS, just for
fun. It creates shortcuts in menu, on desktop and includes an
uninstaller. It can also be translated to multiple languages etc.

PS. The "You must agree..." etc should probably be changed etc. I just
took the license from www.squeak.org, made it into an rtf using Wordpad,
the text in the installer is "NSIS default".
