[ENH] openAnimGifs-asm ([sm])

Hi alejandro

I had a look at the code and I do not really like the solution you 
propose because you are referencing
AnimatedGIFReadWriter from Form. So this means that we will not be able 
to load/unload independently of Form
which is quite core.

Could you propose a solution?
