Hi fellow Celestians,

I have just updated my Celeste image to a 3.7alpha image. When I
compacted my MailDB I had a debugger in String>>decodeMimeHeader due to
a incorrect from fields.

I made a more robust version and want to post it to some Monticello
repository. Is there an official repository for Celeste development?
