Since there is no menu set for the volume list, so it
doesn't open and I can't delete a directory.  The
attached changeset opens #volumeMenu:, from FileList
and it kinda works.  The list still isn't getting
refreshed on any of the menu items.  This still allows
adding and removing servers and deleting a dir.  It
still keeps 'recent...' from working, though.
