BlockClosure>>newProcess refers to SuspendedProcess, which I don't appear
to have in my image.

I'm trying to get Comanche to run using the ClosureCompiler, but no
success so far.  If I recompile just the sender of #newProcess using the
old compiler, Comanche will run without errors but won't accept
connections.  Filing all of Comanche in with the ClosureCompiler loaded
but not active does seem to work fine.

It's too late to look into it more tonight, but if anyone does manage to
get Kom running with BlockClosures I'd like to know.
