You can select a .htm or .html file in the File List, and you'll be 
given a context menu choice to "open in web browser". However, you 
can't actually do this, since Scamper doesn't resolve file:// URLs 
(at least on my Linux system).

The URL that is generated looks like

file:/mnt/cdrom/index.htm

however, file://mnt/cdrom/index.htm also doesn't work. Nor does  
file:///mnt/cdrom/index.htm; both of these get converted into the 
first form.
