Wow, that's a lot of out-of date info.

Optimixed Interpreter - nothing pointed to ?
Roll-Your-Own primitives - sections 1,2,3,4 & 9 are still relevant but
all the others could do with rewriting to match the vm plugin story.
Named Primitives - needs updating & completing. Ought to refer to using
VMMaker to build the plugins
TypedSmalltalk - nothing pointed to
DynamicPrimitives - very out of date and apparently incomplet
J3 - obsolete?
Squeampiler - unfinished?

Yow - and almost everything on the 'Virtual Machine Hacking' page is
utterly out of date.
