SqueadBSD license

In the spirit of my last post here is a sample of a Squeak BSD license.
I went ahead and selected the BSD because I thought Apple would prefer
to have the 'no endorsement' clause. It is from the OSI template.
http://www.opensource.org/licenses/bsd-license.php

This license does not include the YEAR.
I did not see a year listed in the current Sq-L.

Would you place a range of years for Apple when they were stewards
(owners) of Squeak?

Would you also need to include Disney in such, with a range of years?

Also, I forgot to mention. We could ask Apple for permission to use the
fonts without it being in the license. Or we can offer them the choice
for us to remove the fonts. The fonts if permitted by Apple could have
their own copyright/license just as any fonts we add to Squeak would do.

We and Apple could make the decision together whether or not the fonts
are an issue to Apple currently. (or just historically)

Would we need a place to transfer copyright ownership to?
Would we need a Squeak Foundation?

So that we could have something like:

198x-199x Apple Computer, Inc.
199x-xxxx Disney, Inc.
200x- Squeak Foundation

Comments, Alan, Andrew, anyone.
