Reason for lack of Oracle driver

I have been able to use ODBC on Mac OS X with FrontBase and PostrgeSQL.
But:
- ODBC is not easy to setup
- since ODBC is used trough FFI, it is a blocking call for Squeak.
Other solutions on Mac OS X are JDBC:
- with Avi's JDBC bridge (slow but have room to be faster)
- through Squeak-Objective-C bridge and Objectiv-C-Java bridge (to be
experimented).
