UIUC updates access removed (was Re: Trouble getting updates w/o Squeak)

Unfortunately, the European updates site is just an ftp mirror of the 
UIUC archive. This mirroring was the reason to have FTP access to the 
updates in the first place. Indeed, the last changeset here is 5269.

So: What is the new Master update site? Can I get ftp access? It does 
not have to be anonymuous, but you'd have to tell me the password then 
;-)
