my french and spanish are both almost non-existant, but the idea of having squeak load as the window manager and be the primary way of interacting with the entire computer is very exciting. please keep us informed of the progress.

Some of my students will start a similar project in september, call 
SqueakLiveCD as a year project.
Maybe they could work with you in order to avoid duplicate work ?
