Fair enough. The prim (it will work as a normal prim, won't it? Looks
like it should) would be a good candidate for using any non-filling
allocate that John comes up with and probably ought to be renamed -
#primitiveRun seems a bit generic and more like a prim that ought to run
any arbitrary method. How about something like
#primitiveDeferToNonMethodCode ? A bit long perhaps but descriptive.
