Load the "Bug Fixes Archive" package to get latest.  Ned provided the
following attachments services to the BFAV:

* The mouse-menu provides file list services for all the attachments of
the selected package, so you can directly file in, view changes,
etc. rather than having to go through a FileList.

* The mouse-menu now has command/alt-key handling options:
	cmd-a	view attachments menu
	cmd-v	view attachments in a file list
	cmd-c	copy post title to clipboard
	cmd-r	copy 'In-Reply-To: ' header to clipboard for adding to
mail
