Actually, there are radio buttons in the image. You can see an example 
of these in help>preferences>halos, the code for this is in 
PreferencesPanel>>haloThemeRadioButtons.

Use "ThreePhaseButtonMorph radioButton" or possibly 
"UpdatingThreePhaseButtonMorph radioButton".
