This changeset modifies an awesome number of TWO methods, to add
keyboard
control for the yellow-button menu in the various paragraph editors.
Don't forget to activate the Preference MenuKeyboardControl for it to
work ...
Tested in Squeak 3.2 and 3.6.

modifications :
1 : tell the menu to have keyboard control :-)
2 : store the old keyboard focus, and restore it after the menu
invocation, so that
the editors are not puzzled ...
