[BUG][FIX] SARInstaller refs to SystemDictionary changeset methods ( I need to update SARInstaller )

I have a newer version of SARInstaller that fixes this also in a way 
that also works in 3.5 or 3.4.

Goran also fixed this.

I'll get the SARInstaller package updated soon.
