The BFAV's "view unreviewed" mouse-menu option opens a new BFAV window
that shows [ANN] posts.  This is incorrect - it should just show [FIX]
and [ENH] posts.  In general the filtering for the windows created by
the "view" options, is hinky.  

I will fix it soon!
