I made a little enhacement of AbstactSound class.
The tuning of A4 was allways at 440Hz, thus MIDI sounds or named note (as 
in #pitchForName:) can't play in  other tuning.
Now, sending #tuning: aNumber to AbstractSound class, sound can be played 
in other tunings.
Of course, pitches generated directly might not change.
