[ENH] Progress Meter for the BugFixArchiveViewer

OK.  Good point about 'Cursor write'.  And since the viewer is loading a list of archive posts, it makes sense to show progress.

I will definitely take a look at this, this weekend.  I apologize for not being able to do it sooner.

When I first saw the 'Cursor write' icon I tought "Why is this thing saving my 
image?", because the only other occasion I see this icon is during image 
save. The icon also just hints a state change and gives no info about the 
progress.
