Is anyone still using FXBlt? If not, maybe we can remove it, maybe even the
whole category Graphics-FXBlt. There are few, if any, users of these
classes. ExternalScreen is the only one I found, and I doubt it "really"
needs FXBlt.

Searching, I found that Andreas said this in July 2001:

--No surprise here - the entire FXBlt stuff is going away. It has been
--migrated over to BitBlt itself so there's no real need for it anymore.

So, maybe this stuff is deprecated enough that it can go completely now?
