Daniel Vainsencher reported that when he opened the KCP viewer ( part of
the BugFixArchiveViewer package ), that the KCP viewer was "blank" (
i.e., no packages were listed ).  Has anybody else seen this problem?  

I'd be really interested in fixing the bug, once I can recreate it.  I
haven't recreated the issue yet ( using a 3.6a5278 image on Windows and
Linux ).
