[UPDATES] All clear to update through 5252 (network rewrite replaced)

The network rewrite changesets 5252 through 5259 have been replaced by
one combined changeset 5252, plus 7 empty changesets. This should fix
the problems some people have had with updating through these
changesets. (assuming you're starting from before 5252)

The latest update is still 5278, there are no "new" updates... this
only applies to people who were having problems updating through
5252-5259 previously.
