No.  However, it will notice if you try to load a package that, for
example, subclasses a class that is not in your image - so it at least
won't let you load packages in the wrong order (programmatically, in fact,
you can load multiple packages at once and it will sort out the ordering
for you, using MCPackageLoader, but there's no UI for this).
