It's better if you leave out the :8080 port, which may be subject to 
change. There is an automatic redirection from 
	http://swiki.gsug.org/sqfixes
to the right port.

The exact procmail regexp currently in place is this:

        *^Subject: *(\[[^]]+\] *)*\[(BUG|RFI).*\]
        sqbugs
