I've finally got around to build a 3.4 release VM, available at:

The 3.4.1 VM does not contain any major changes compared to the previous
(3.2.3) VM. It is primarly intended to bridge the gap from "3.2 VMs" to the
latest release in order to stay visibly in sync with 3.4. The only
differences are a number of smaller fixes including:

* The VM now prints the list of loaded plugins if it crashes (this is
helpful for finding out if the crash is due to some outdated external plugin
for example).

* A typo for handling the direct sound preference prevented remembering the
pref correctly.

* A workaround for the case that the default printer is a network printer
and inaccessible upon startup. This could lead to _very_ long pauses when
starting Squeak.

* A fix for the initial window size as suggested by Eddie Cottongim was
added.

* The GNU make file has been updated to use cp/rm from the 1.2 tool chain.
