Exactly; testers should put on their black-finger gloves and evil-grin
masks. Reviewers should do their best to be a prissy, fussy, nitpicking
busybody. You should have no mercy on the code.

Remember, people put considerable effort into providing software and
deserve to be honoured with thorough review and testing.
