Well JMM is me, and I'd better point out lots of code with my initials  
on it (smalltalk & C) technically is covered by a contract with Disney  
at some point, depends on when it was written, thus it's owned and  
released by Disney.

PS My lawyer say reading the Disney contract was an *educational!!!*  
experience, which is about the extent I can talk about it.
