What about: kernel/foundation/balloon

foundation: it mean that it's rock solid and we can count on it to build
all the other parts of the system. It's a symbol of stability.

balloon: this mean takeoff and liberation compared to the other 
languages,
this is also a colorfull and funy symbol.
