You can also install FlapsRegistry from SqueakMap and then do something
like:

Flaps registerQuad: #(WhiskerBrowser open 'Whisker Browser' 'the
WhiskerBrowser') forFlapNamed: 'Tools'.
Flaps replaceToolsFlap
