I am not so afraid of the infrastructure - there isn't terribly much
work on SM before we can have something similar. IMHO. But experience
and also rewiring all the other different processes that we are used to
within the community will take time.

For example - the update stream will disappear and "Squeak" as we know
it will turn into a coordinated set of packages. That is the big thing -
but we are already seeing that te community is moving itself in this
direction - almost hungrily for more functions like package releases and
dependencies, load scripts etc.

And just so you know - I am working hard on SM. :-)
