Hi...

The prior code in SystemWindow use a fixed extent of 14 at 14 for the 4 icons
in the title bar of system window.  When a big font is selected, the icons
get not aligned with the title.  This change use the label height (with a
minimun of 14 at 14) to size the icons and align them acording to the new size.
