[Q] a couple of questions related to look enhancements

Hi guys...

I received severals comments about the size of icons, menu fonts, etc.  My
changes calculate the sizes based on the defaultFont.

To show that I create a second screenshot with my changes applied to an
image without TTF and with the default fonts.
