Start/browse MessageTally from the debug entry in the world menu has a
problem when balloonHelpForMessageLists is enabled in
Preferences. 

Select the menu entry Start/browse MessageTally and move the mouse to
the top of the screan to pop up the Time Profile.

When the mouse moves over the second line of the Time Profile (an
empty line) it throws up the debugger saying "this collection is
empty".
