I agree that having a sort of "lead" harvester for these larger 
projects is a good idea... Daniel has done a great job reviewing the 
KCP items.

I've emailed with Ned Konz and he is interested in working as the lead 
harvester for the MCP items, so we should be able to make progress on 
this soon.
